MGB+A was hired by a developer to prepare this master plan. The master plan includes elements of a mixed-use plan, including medium density and low density residential; restaurants and other retail. MGB+A worked with the City to develop ordinances to approve this plan. MGB+A worked closely with the City to participate in public input workshops to help the community understand the PUD with mixed-use elements process. The project includes 20% open space with 2 1/2 miles of trails and various park elements. This will be Ammon’s first walkable community.
