The Union Pacific Railroad Station is the terminus for the 25th Street Redevelopment Project for Downtown Ogden. Being a State Historical Site, and a key landmark for the Downtown area, renovation of the building was undertaken. The project, almost complete, houses a theater, museums, convention facilities, shop and restaurant, and still operates as a railway station. Accessing from 25th Street and Wall Avenue, the station plaza serves as a proposed trolley terminal. In keeping with the historical atmosphere a fountain and cobble paving carries that feeling to the station grounds.
