Riverdale Entry Master Plan

In association with the Economic Development Team (EDT) MGB+A prepared the Riverdale Entry master plan for the City of Riverdale to guide development at this important entry into Riverdale City. Because of this planning process, the vision for the project was raised from proposing storage units to class A office and retail uses. This project has now become an important entry statement for the City of Riverdale attracting national office and manufacturing users.
