Holladay Village Center

MGB+A was hired by Holladay City to analyze the proposed town center master plan and prepare an additional alternative requested by the City Council. MGB+A worked with city staff to prepare alternatives. A preferred alternative was selected and approved the Planning Commission. Design included a walkable town center complete with main street style buildings facing the street, pedestrian plazas, street vendor opportunities, live/work buildings and underground parking. The City is in the process of hiring a developer to develop the town center.
