Ogden North Temple Block

MGB+A was hired by PRI the real estate arm of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to provide design, planning and a feasibility of the mixed use project in downtown Ogden, Utah. The project includes a seven story office tower, three story secured apartments, assisted living center, a parking structure and retail uses. The design team provided this walkable design with a fountain as the center focal point of the project. The project includes a rich streetscape experience providing pedestrian scale spaces for the uses of the block. This project will assist the City of Ogden extend the downtown revitalization efforts toward the Weber River.
